These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NomadRank, including our website, authenticated application, public profile pages, rankings, and any related features we provide.

By using NomadRank, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use NomadRank. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account and profile information and to keep it reasonably up to date.

NomadRank is a travel-tracking and profile product that lets users record countries they have visited or transited through, maintain a public-facing profile, and participate in rankings and badge systems.

Some features may be experimental, incomplete, premium-gated, or changed over time.

You retain ownership of content you submit to NomadRank, including profile information, visit records, notes, proofs, and uploads. You grant NomadRank a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your submitted content.

You may not use NomadRank to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the service without permission, manipulate rankings fraudulently, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or its users.

Rankings, badge awards, visit counts, and any verification-related signals are provided for product functionality only and may change as the product evolves.

We may adjust scoring, ranking criteria, eligibility rules, verification logic, or anti-abuse controls at any time.

If NomadRank offers paid plans, subscriptions, or premium upgrades, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at checkout. Additional billing terms may be presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you enable or use public profile functionality, some of your account data, visit history, badge progress, and ranking-related information may be visible to other users or the public.

You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to publish through your profile.

NomadRank is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadRank and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using NomadRank at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, or where reasonably required to protect the service or other users.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to liability, rights in submitted content, and dispute-related terms.
